Introduction

This Pricing and Credits Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase, use, and expiration of credits, subscription plans, and additional services on ink-ai.io, operated by The Coconut Studio. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Policy.

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans to cater to various user needs:

  • Free Plan: Free - Browse up to 3 tattoo designs per month. Tattoo generation is not available.
  • Starter Plan: $9/month - 20 credits per month for generating tattoos and basic customization tools.
  • Pro Plan: $17/month - 40 credits per month, advanced customization, and AI Body Mapping (15 credits per use).
  • Premium Plan: $42/month - 100 credits per month, full AI Body Mapping, and high-res downloads.
  • Business Plan: $142/month - 500 credits per month, white-label designs, and full feature access.

Credits Policy

Credit Usage:

  • Tattoo Generation: 1 credit per tattoo.
  • AI Body Mapping: 15 credits per use (available in Pro, Premium, and Business Plans).

Credit Expiry:

  • Subscription Credits: Expire at the end of the billing cycle (30 days).
  • Top-Up Credits: Expire after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Additional Credits (Top-Ups)

Users can purchase additional credits if they run out before their subscription renews.

  • 10 Credits: $5
  • 50 Credits: $20
  • 100 Credits: $35

Payment and Refunds

Payment:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription plans auto-renew monthly unless canceled.

Refunds:

  • Subscriptions: Refunds for subscriptions are not provided unless required by law.
  • Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Free Trial

New users may receive 5 free credits upon signing up. Free credits expire 30 days from the date they are added to the user's account.

Managing Subscriptions

Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription plans at any time through their account dashboard. Changes to subscription plans take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
