Content and Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content:

  • By using our services, you may generate tattoo designs ("Generated Content").
  • You retain rights to your Generated Content; however, by creating it through ink-ai.io, you grant The Coconut Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote this content within the platform.

Website Content:

  • All content on ink-ai.io, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and code, is owned by The Coconut Studio or licensed for use.
  • Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

Prohibited Use

  • Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Generate, upload, or share NSFW (Not Safe For Work), violent, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform’s functionality.

Limitation of Liability

The Coconut Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ink-ai.io. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated designs or other features.
